Production Time

All products are made-to-order. Standard products are usually shipped within 5-10 business days. Custom / personalized products are usually shipped within 7-14 business days. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

All sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to us directly.

Product Variations

All of our products are crafted from natural materials, cut and engraved using a strong laser, and assembled by hand. Finished products may vary slightly from what is pictured.

Variations in color, tone, wood grain patterns, and engraving coloration are expected.

The backs of finished items may have slight burn marks, chips, small knots, and other imperfections.

Every single item we make will have it's own unique characteristics.

Locations

Currently we ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.

Delivery Estimates

We cannot guarantee delivery for a specific date. Orders are usually delivered within 2-8 business days once shipped. Once an order has left our possession, actual transit times and delays are beyond our control. Please note that shipping estimates do not include production time on orders.

Ordering

I spelled something wrong on my custom / personalized order! Can you fix it?

Please ensure all spelling, grammar, and content is correct at the time of purchase as these items are made to your specifications. We are not liable for errors in the final product based on the information you provide us at purchase.

I put in the wrong delivery address! Can you fix it?

If you entered the wrong delivery address, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our shipping labels are generated automatically with the delivery address you provide. Once a shipping label has been generated, we will not be able to correct errors in the delivery address.
